The doors of STARLITE Christmas open every day, from December 12th to 31st, 2024, at 7:00 PM.
- The gastronomy and dining area opens at 7:00 PM.
- Concerts held on the Auditorium stage will begin at 9:30 PM*
*Unless a different time is indicated on the ticket purchased.
HOW TO GET TO STARLITE CHRISTMAS?
STARLITE Christmas takes place at IFEMA (MADRID), located at Av. del Partenón, 5, Barajas, 28042 Madrid.
The nearest metro station to IFEMA is Feria de Madrid (Line 8: Nuevos Ministerios – Aeropuerto T4).

At STARLITE Christmas, you’ll find different areas: the Auditorium Zone and the Sessions Zone, with varying capacities and types of concerts and/or musical events. Additionally, we have a gastro area where you can enjoy a wide variety of options.
- AUDITORIUM: Features concerts by national and international artists.
- STARLITE SESSIONS: Includes a different lineup of concerts held on the Sessions stage with performances by various DJs, with a smaller capacity.
- GASTRO ZONE: Dining and Food Trucks.
WHAT MAKES STARLITE CHRISTMAS CONCERTS SPECIAL?
STARLITE Christmas concerts offer a unique experience, primarily because of:
- The location: We’re going to fill MADRID with stars!
- The acoustics: The STARLITE Christmas auditorium is equipped with the world’s most advanced sound configuration, designed by the German company Holoplot. This innovative audio system features 2,864 speakers, 512 amplification channels, and 73,600 digital control DSPs (which means it can process 73,600 sound signals).
- The capacity: With a very limited capacity (7,000 seats), attendees get the chance to see artists who typically perform for audiences of over 60,000. From any point, you’ll be just a step away from the star. The farthest seat is only 63 meters from the stage, and the closest is just 3 meters away! Get ready for an immersive experience where you won’t just see the artist—you’ll feel their energy and become part of the show.
- The artists: STARLITE Christmas is defined by its closeness to the stars, who aren’t just on stage but also among the audience, enjoying the concert, having a drink, or dancing.
CAN I ATTEND STARLITE CHRISTMAS JUST TO ENJOY THE SESSIONS?
Yes. If you want to come only for the DJ sessions after the main concert, you can do so by purchasing a ticket, the price of which varies depending on the session for each day.
CAN MINORS ENTER STARLITE CHRISTMAS?
Minors are allowed on the premises (ages 3 and older, minors under 16 accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and minors between 16 and 18 authorized by a parent or legal guardian) and to all events until midnight, at which time they must leave the festival.
Exception: For the New Year’s Eve Party (Hombres G + Juan Magán), minors will be allowed to remain in the venue after 00:00, provided that they comply with the above conditions of accompaniment and authorization.
The purchase of tickets only for the Cotillón with Juan Magán will be strictly limited to adults. Under no circumstances will minors be allowed to enter, even if they purchase a ticket.

CAN I ENTER AND EXIT THE FESTIVAL SPACES FREELY?
STARLITE Christmas does not provide stamps for re-entry. Once you leave the premises, you will not be able to re-enter. However, with your ticket for the Auditorium concerts, you can freely enter and exit the Sessions zone as often as you like.
IS MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE?
STARLITE Christmas has a first aid station.
CAN I BRING CAMERAS OR VIDEO RECORDERS?
Cameras and video recorders are not allowed at the concerts. However, the use of mobile phones is permitted.
CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?
No. STARLITE Christmas has various dining areas where you can enjoy a wide range of food and beverage options.
CAN I BRING PETS?
No, unless it is a service or working animal.
ARE THERE ATMS / CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
There are no ATMs within the event venue, but credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are accepted.
LOST AND FOUND
STARLITE Christmas has an information and lost-and-found point within the venue. Items found on the premises are received and returned there. For any questions related to lost items, contact our team at customer.care@starliteuniverse.com.
IS STARLITE CHRISTMAS A CHARITY EVENT? WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STARLITE GALA AND STARLITE FOUNDATION?
STARLITE Christmas is a business project. However, the Starlite Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to managing the social initiatives of the Starlite Group. Alongside other activities carried out throughout the year, the Starlite Foundation organizes an annual philanthropy night during the festival: the Starlite Gala, hosted by Antonio Banderas and Sandra García-Sanjuán. The Starlite Gala has become the most important charity gala in Spain. 100% of the funds raised that night are distributed through the Starlite Foundation to various charities, including Niños en Alegría, Lágrimas y Favores, Cudeca, Cáritas, the Corinto Social Supermarket, etc.
ARE THE VENUES ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY OR SPECIAL NEEDS?
Yes. The entrances to STARLITE Christmas are adapted, and there are specially prepared areas close to the Auditorium stage. For individuals with specific needs and their companions, please email us with all the information at customer.care@starliteuniverse.com.
I AM A PHOTOGRAPHER/JOURNALIST FROM A MEDIA OUTLET / I RUN A BLOG. HOW CAN I GET A PROFESSIONAL PASS TO THE FESTIVAL?
All photographers, journalists, and bloggers interested in covering any STARLITE Christmas concert must request accreditation through the Press Room.
IS STARLITE CHRISTMAS HIRING STAFF FOR THE FESTIVAL?
Every year, STARLITE Christmas organizes a recruitment event to select festival staff in Madrid.
ARE THERE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLANS?
No.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY TICKETS?

IS THERE A LIST OF NOT ALLOWED ITEMS IN THE VENUE?
Bringing any items prohibited by current regulations and deemed a threat to the safety of attendees is forbidden, according to the organizers.
